As you can probably tell- I love to cook. I find it to be cathartic.
Now, don’t be fooled, domestic maven I am not. I’ve been a serial renter for
most of the last 10 years and never invested much thought or time in anything permanent.
But all that changed 3 years ago when I moved to the exurbs, married my best
friend and adopted two huge balls of fur name Sam and Dakota.
Life changed. It slowed down. We caved. We moved back to
Boston.
Moved? I meant we nearly ran back to the city. Somehow, during our time in the country, we stopped being active and ate a lot of junk (can you say lazy?). Counterintuitive, no? Our commutes tripled and hey, the only thing
within walking distance was a bar. Bad combination.
This blog is a story about my ups and downs as I cook my way
through life’s changes.

Love your story… Short and snappy though it is. Gorg dogs too! Xox
Hey There! GREAT SITE. Love your philosophy of sometime not looking at labels for “nutrition overload”. Everything in moderation. By the way I work in Boston! (live on the south shore).
Keep up the great work and sense of humor!

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. I was just in your area for a work function a few weeks ago! By the way, I saw that you interviewed Jacques Pepin- he’s my all time favorite chef. Being of french descent, his recipes were a fixture in our house. I’m looking forward to reading more of your blog!
